About the Instructor: Deshik Vansadia
Stella Adler Academy of Acting (LA), Shakespeare and Co.
After studying at the school that trained the likes of Salma Hayek and Mark Ruffalo, Deshik worked extensively with Shakespeare & Company, a repertory company and playhouse that embraces the core values of Shakespeare’s work. He has performed, trained actors and taught Shakespeare to students across the United States.
Deshik has been a member of faculty at The Drama School, Mumbai where he focused on voice, breath and text. When not teaching, he regularly directs plays and performs on stage and in films. He has received rave reviews and critical acclaim for his portrayal of a suppressed child chess prodigy in the play: The Boy who Stopped Smiling.
