A seasoned leader in creative education, Vinay brings over two decades of experience shaping contemporary arts learning across India, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East. With a deep foundation in music production & sound engineering, he has trained and mentored aspiring artists from the classroom to professional practice.
Over the years, Vinay has led some of the region’s most respected performing arts institutions, designing forward-thinking curricula that bridge artistic practice with industry relevance. His work has consistently driven institutional growth, expanded industry partnerships, and strengthened pathways between education and the creative economy.
Passionate about immersive, practice-led learning, Vinay champions hands-on approaches to storytelling, performance, and production. His vision is rooted in building dynamic, future-facing ecosystems where creativity, collaboration, and professional excellence thrive.
Vinay has held leadership roles at True School of Music (Vijaybhoomi University), Global Music Institute (Delhi), Swarnabhoomi Academy of Music (Chennai), and has taught at the International College of Music (Malaysia), and the School of Audio Engineering (Chennai & Dubai).
Now stepping into the role of CEO at Drama School Mumbai, he’s excited to turn up the volume on creativity and shape the next act of contemporary arts training.
