NSD/LISPA Alumni, Theatre Director, Actor
Tushar Pandey is an India-based film and theatre actor, director, and teacher. He received his performance and theatre training from the London International School of Performing Arts (LISPA), London, and the National School of Drama (NSD), Delhi. He is an Inlaks International Scholar. Tushar serves as the director of the Drama Schools Foundation Mumbai (DSFM) and is also a guest faculty member at the National School of Drama, Delhi, and Sikkim.
Tushar has been involved in various collaborations and projects in India and abroad, conducting workshops and creating performances ranging from classical to site-specific, contemporary, acrobatic, and mask-based works. He collaborated with Lyrebird Theatre, London, in devising and producing SHIPS OF SAND. This production, in which he also performed as an actor, premiered at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. Tushar has presented his stage works in England, Scotland, Greece, Dubai, and China.
Tushar’s screen projects include Chhichhore, Aashram, Titu Ambani, Pink, and Hum Chaar, to name a few.
