By accessing or using our website, programs, workshops, or services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
It is important that you review and understand these Terms before using our services. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not agree to them, create an account, or use our services.
We may update the Terms from time to time. We may provide you with written notice of any material updates, unless such material updates result from changes in laws, regulations, or requirements from telecommunications providers. 
For the purposes of these Terms:
“Drama School Mumbai,” “DSM,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to Drama School Mumbai, a non-profit initiative based in Mumbai, India, including its trustees, directors, employees, faculty, contractors, volunteers, and authorized representatives.
“Website” means https://dramaschoolmumbai.in/ and any subdomains or associated web pages operated by DSM.
“User,” “You” means any individual who accesses or uses the Website.
“Participant” means any User who registers for, applies to, or is enrolled in any course, workshop, program, or service offered by DSM.
“Content” means all text, images, videos, audio recordings, documents, course materials, and other media made available on the Website or through the Services, whether in physical or digital form.

1. About Us
Drama School Mumbai are non-profit initiatives based in Mumbai, India, focused on theatre education, acting training, performance arts, and personality development through drama and related creative disciplines.

2. Use of Website

The content on this website is for general informational and educational purposes only.
You agree not to:
Misuse or interfere the Website;
Access any part of the Website or Services without authorization.
You must not use the website for any unlawful or prohibited activity.
You agree not to engage in abusive, misleading, defamatory, or disruptive behaviour, misuse Website’s features or reporting mechanisms, engage in conduct that harms DSM’s reputation, systems, or other users. DSM reserves the right to suspend or terminate access without prior notice where such conduct is identified
You shall not copy, record, scrape, or reverse-engineer platform content or interactions, disclose proprietary workflows, communications, or system behaviour, share access credentials or enable unauthorised access. Any violation may result in immediate termination and legal action

Age
You must be at least 21 years old to register for and use our services (or such age as required in your country or territory for you to be authorized to register for and use our services without parental approval). While we prohibit registration by children under the age of 18, parents should, in such scenarios of children under the age of 18, supervise their children’s online activities and consider using parental control tools available from online services and software manufacturers that help provide a child-friendly online environment. These tools can also prevent children from disclosing online their name, address, and other personal details without parental permission.  The term “parents” also includes legal guardians herein.  
By accessing or using the services, you represent and warrant that (i) you are legally competent to enter into binding contracts, (ii) you understand the nature of the services being offered and (iii) you assume full responsibility for decisions taken based on your use of the Services. DSM shall not be liable for any consequences arising from reliance placed by you on platform-enabled interactions or information.

3. Programs, Workshops, and Enrollments
Enrollment in any course, workshop, training, or event is subject to availability and DSM’s acceptance.
 DSM reserves the right to modify program curriculum, schedules, faculty, duration, or content for academic, operational reasons.
Participation may require physical movement, rehearsal, or performance activities; Participants are solely responsible for assessing their own physical and mental fitness to participate.

4. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old to register as a Participant. 
DSM shall require proof of age, identity, or written consent where applicable.

5. Fees, Donations, and Payments
Some programs may require payment of fees; details will be communicated prior to enrollment.
Payments made are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated in writing.
Donations made to the organization are voluntary and non-refundable.
Fees are due as specified and must be paid before participation,
DSM may cancel or reschedule programs; in such cases, refunds or credits may be provided at DSM’s discretion.
Fees are due as specified and must be paid in full prior to participation. Where installment payments are permitted, the Participant agrees to complete all outstanding installments before the conclusion of the program, and failure to do so may result in suspension or termination of participation without refun

6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, videos, scripts, logos, course materials, trademarks, and recordings, is the intellectual property of Drama School Mumbai or its licensors or assigns.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content of DSM without prior written permission.
Any work created by a Participant during a program shall remain the intellectual property of such Participant unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Participant Conduct
Participants agree to: 
Participants agree to conduct themselves in a respectful, professional, cooperative, and safe manner at all times during classes, rehearsals, workshops, performances, auditions, and any other DSM-related activities, whether conducted online or offline.
Participants shall not engage in any behaviour that is abusive, offensive, intimidating, harassing, discriminatory, threatening, disruptive, or otherwise inappropriate, including conduct based on race, caste, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
Participants agree to comply with all instructions, guidelines, safety protocols, and reasonable directions issued by DSM’s trainers, faculty, directors, facilitators, staff, or authorised representatives, including instructions relating to discipline, rehearsal processes, performance etiquette, and use of facilities.
DSM reserves the absolute right, in its sole discretion, to issue warnings, suspend, or immediately remove any Participant from a program, workshop, event, or performance for breach of this code of conduct or for behaviour deemed prejudicial to the safety, learning environment, reputation, or functioning of DSM, without any obligation to provide a refund or compensation.

8. Media Consent

By enrolling in or participating in any of our programs, workshops, classes, rehearsals, performances, or events, you irrevocably grant DSM the right and permission to capture, record, use, reproduce, publish, display, edit, adapt, and distribute your name, likeness, image, voice, appearance, performance, photographs, audio recordings, and video recordings, in whole or in part, in any medium or format now known or hereafter developed, for educational, promotional, publicity, marketing, documentation, and archival purposes, including but not limited to use on the Website, social media platforms, print materials, press releases, presentations, and internal records, without any further consent, notice, or compensation.
You acknowledge and agree that all such recordings and materials shall be the exclusive property of DSM, and you waive any right to inspect, approve, or claim royalties or other consideration in respect thereof.

9. Limitation of Liability
Participation in drama, theatre, and performance activities involves inherent risks.
We are not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during participation, except where required by law.
WITHOUT LIMITING YOUR EXPRESS WARRANTIES AND OBLIGATIONS HEREUNDER, AND EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED HEREIN, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS,” AND DSM DOES NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, AND EACH PARTY SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. DSM ADDITIONALLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES RELATED TO TELECOMMUNICATIONS PROVIDERS. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THE INTERNET AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS PROVIDERS’ NETWORKS ARE INHERENTLY INSECURE AND THAT DSM WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR ANY CHANGES TO, INTERCEPTION OF, OR LOSS OF CUSTOMER DATA WHILE IN TRANSIT VIA THE INTERNET OR A TELECOMMUNICATIONS PROVIDER’S NETWORK. BETA OFFERINGS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. DSM MAKES NO WARRANTIES AND WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR ANY BETA OFFERINGS, CUSTOMER SERVICES, OR THIRD PARTY SERVICES WHATSOEVER.
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, DSM DOES NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION, RELIANCE ON WEBSITE-PROVIDED INFORMATION IS AT YOUR SOLE DISCRETION AND RISK. 
DSM WILL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY LOST PROFITS OR CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, INDIRECT, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES RELATING TO, ARISING OUT OF, OR IN ANY WAY IN CONNECTION WITH OUR TERMS, US, OR OUR SERVICES (HOWEVER CAUSED AND ON ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), EVEN IF  DSM HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY RELATING TO, ARISING OUT OF, OR IN ANY WAY IN CONNECTION WITH OUR TERMS, US, OR OUR SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED RUPEES (Rs. 100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE PAST SIX MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS LOWER. THE FOREGOING DISCLAIMER OF CERTAIN DAMAGES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY WILL APPLY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW. THE LAWS OF SOME STATES OR JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO SOME OR ALL OF THE EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS SET FORTH ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY IN OUR TERMS, IN SUCH CASES, THE LIABILITY OF THE DSM WILL BE LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our website or services if these Terms are violated. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior to termination.

12.  Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DSM, its trustees, directors, officers, faculty, employees, contractors, volunteers, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, proceedings, losses, damages, liabilities, penalties, fines, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and legal costs) arising out of or in connection with: (i) your access to or use of the Website or Services; (ii) your participation in any program, workshop, rehearsal, or event; (iii) your breach of these Terms or any applicable law; (iv) any act, omission, misconduct, negligence, or violation of rights by you; or (v) any third-party claim arising from your actions or behaviour while engaging with DSM.
This indemnity obligation shall survive termination or expiration of these Terms and shall apply irrespective of whether such claims arise during or after your participation in DSM programs or use of the Website or Services.

13. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting updated Terms on the Website. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
