Dell’arte School of Theatre & Theatre Practitioner
Kathryn has studied theatre for seven years in Chile, New York, and finally California, where she received her MFA in Ensemble-based Physical Theatre from Dell Arte International School of Physical Theatre. Upon moving to India, she co-founded Madball Co. The company created and toured the masked Commedia shows “A Tale of Two Treaties” and “It’s Not What You Think.”.
She then discovered the Michael Chekhov Technique and embarked on a three-year journey to become a certified teacher by the National Michael Chekhov Association, USA. She has directed 5 years of student productions for local schools, including writing and directing 300 students in the original musical, Nachiketa, for Bombay Cambridge International. She continues to perform on stage in Poorbox Productions’ Vagina Monologues and in various films and television series.
