Acting on Impulse
Step into the world of theatre training at Drama School Mumbai with our ‘Acting on Impulse’ workshop.
This workshop is your opportunity to experience the unique blend of creativity, discipline, and rigor that defines training at DSM. Designed for actors, theatre makers, and movers, it focuses on improvisation exercises, theatre games, and physical and vocal exploration.
Participants will create and observe meaningful moments of performance, working alongside a dedicated ensemble of artists, exploring collaboration and self-expression in a space dedicated to experimentation and growth. This is work at play, and play at work—a glimpse into the immersive and transformative journey at DSM.
Facilitator:
Shivam Vig is a theatre practitioner, facilitator, and healthcare clown based in Bangalore. His artistic practice centers empathy, connection, and playfulness at the heart of the human experience. He has received formal training in Acting and Theatre-making from Drama School Mumbai post which, he has dedicated himself to a multifaceted artistic practice encompassing theatre, films, voiceovers, drama-facilitation, and healthcare clowning.
